Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. We accept exchanges only. For the same reason you can not return a wedding dress we do not accept exchanges on our jewelry for the fact that a lot of people will just buy the piece for an event and then want to return it for a refund. We do however, accept exchanges. All items purchased may be exchanged for full value if returned within 30 days of purchase with reciept. If it is after the 30 day time period you may still exchange the item but you will have to “double up”. Meaning if you have purchased something for $100 and you want to exchange it, you will have to purchase something for $200 to get your full $100 value. If you do not want to double up you will get half the value of the item. Using the same example as above if your purchase was for $100 and you don’t want to “double up” you will get $50 trade value for the item.
